Who we have worked with
Jos is well-known in the IT industry. He has worked across central and local government, health, education, and non-department public bodies, as well as having held a variety of non-exec director roles in different industries.
He was a member of the UK National Government CIO Council, and set up and chaired the Local Public Services CIO Council for 6 years. He is a past president of Socitm, and of the BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT, and has been cited in a national survey as the UK’s ‘most influential and innovative CIO'. He also shares the Open University Industrial Advisory Board for the School of Computing.
CCL has provided strategic advice to over 250 clients, including many public sectors organisations and a wide variety of IT businesses who seek to understand the public sector better and improve their 'go to market' plans.
